On June 25, 2019, the 2019 Seminar on Development of Business Travel Services, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and co-organized by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), and Economic Joint Committee of China Commercial Stock Enterprises (EJCCCSE), held its opening ceremony in Beijing. The participants (government officials) are from various countries, such as Bulgaria, Laos, Latvia, Mongolia and Mauritius and so on.

 
At the ceremony, Ms. Wei Zaiwei, Program Director of The Co-coordinating Office of Human Resources of AIBO, MOFCOM, gave a speech, expressing sincere welcome to the officials who participated in the seminar. She also gave a brief introduction of the history and current situation of China's foreign aid training. Moreover, she shared China's strong desire to jointly promote the construction of an open economy, and build a shared future of mankind, which received positive and enthusiastic response from all officials.
   
Du Yanbo, Deputy Secretary General of The Economic Joint Committee of China Commercial Stock Enterprises(EJCCCSE), also delivered a speech, saying that we are willing to share our historical achievements of reform and opening-up policy with the friends of all countries, and play an active and constructive role in promoting exchanges and friendly cooperation among developing countries.
 
At the end of the ceremony, two official representatives, Ratnahkirty Chooromoney from Mauritius, and Stefan Stanimirov STANEV from Bulgaria gave their speech respectively. They briefly introduced their national conditions, and expressed their sincere gratitude to the Chinese government and organizers of this seminar. They hope to participate in China's development process and work with China to make their contributions to the development of all developing countries, and even the whole world, thus making sure that the deep friendship among all the countries will last forever.
     
The success of this opening ceremony showed "China strength" to the world, and the generosity of our Chinese people. Most importantly, we felt the strong desire of all countries to work with us to build a common future of mankind and achieve common prosperity, which enjoys great significance to the “Belt and Road Initiative” initiative, friendship among developing countries, and common development.
